It is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in the Ninth National Community Languages and ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) conference (CLESOL 2004) at the Convention Centre in Christchurch from September 24th — 27th, 2004. The conference provides opportunities to hear the latest research and trends in language teaching and learning from early childhood to adult education, and from diverse contexts.
