To reserve your accommodation through the conference organisers, please complete the accommodation section of the online registration form or download the registration form (PDF). A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to secure your reservation. Accommodation booking through the conference organisers cannot be guaranteed after 15th August so make sure you get in early!

CANCELLATION POLICY Should you cancel from the conference after payment has been received, a full refund will be given, subject to a $50.00 administration fee, providing notification is received prior to 6th August 2004. After this date refunds will be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted.
