Conference Dinner: A Taste of the Pacific
Friday, October 3, 7-11pm
Otahuhu College Hall, adjacent to King’s College Campus
Kia orana, Talofa lava, Malo e lelei, Bula.

No CLESOL Conference is complete without a memorable dinner, celebrating the location and cementing friendships, new and old. And 2008 will be no exception! We’ve linked up with Otahuhu College, just next door to our conference venue, to prepare a Pasifika themed event to stimulate the senses of our guests from near and afar. Tastebuds will be tantalised – no doubt about that – with authentic island cuisine and a selection of vegetarian dishes, while the ears and eyes are treated to entertainment from the College’s award-winning Super 12 Choir and Cook Island Cultural Group. Not forgetting those other senses –fabrics, flowers and leis will be available at the conference for those who wish (literally) to wrap themselves up in our proud Pacific culture. Book in advance to avoid missing out on this unique occasion. Seat numbers are limited. Entry to the conference dinner is by ticket only. Tickets cost $65.00. Make sure you select this option on your conference registration form.
