All fees include GST and are in $NZ.

 

This year there are three registration tiers. The "Very early bird", the "Early bird" and "Standard" registration. Below are the key dates for registration. Mark these on your calendar.

Fee Inclusions

Full registration includes all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas and lunches during the conference, and the opening ceremony/welcome function.

 

The conference dinner: ‘A taste of Pacific’ and the BBQ on Saturday night are NOT included in the registration fee. Tickets can be purchased separately for these events.  More information click here.

 

One day registration includes all conference sessions for that day, morning and afternoon tea and lunch. It does not include entry to social events, however tickets to these events can be purchased separately on registration.

 

Grants and Subsidies

There are a number of grants and subsidies that you can apply for to attend CLESOL 2008. Please click on the Grants and Scholarships tab to find out how you can apply for assistance.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you cancel from the conference after payment has been received, a full refund will be given, subject to a $100 administration fee, providing written notification is received prior to 5 September 2008. After this date refunds will be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted.

By registering for the CLESOL2008 Conference, you agree that CLESOL may send you information and regular updates regarding this and future CLESOL conferences on similar topics via email to the email address provided by you in your registration details.
