You can register and pay online using Mastercard or Visa or request that an invoice be sent to you.

If you prefer to register by mail or fax, please download the registration form and send it to the conference organisers.

Fee Inclusions

Full Conference Registration: includes all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches during the conference and one ticket to the opening ceremony/welcome function.

One Day Registration: includes all conference sessions for that day, morning and afternoon tea and lunch. It does NOT include entry to social events. Tickets to these events can be purchased separately on registration.

Pre-Conference Workshops: workshop registration includes one workshop and afternoon tea.

Community Languages Day – Saturday 2 October: includes all conference sessions for that day, morning and afternoon tea and lunch. It does NOT include entry to social events. Tickets to these events can be purchased separately on registration.

Social Programme Registrations

Opening Ceremony / Welcome Function
Trade Exhibition Area, King’s High School, 270 Bay View Road, Dunedin
Friday 1 October 2010 7.00 – 8.30pm

Join in the CLESOL 2010 opening ceremony celebrations. This will be a chance to catch up with friends and colleagues from around the country and beyond. Enjoy the occasion while meeting other delegates. The trade exhibition will be open for you too. One ticket to the opening ceremony is included in the full conference registration fee. Additional tickets can be purchased by one-day delegates, or for friends, family members and colleagues for $45.00.

Dunedin City Tour
Saturday 2 October 2010 6.00 – 9.00pm
Meet at the registration desk

Travel on the iconic double-decker bus and enjoy the city sights and delights! The tour includes a progressive dinner hamper.

The city tour is NOT included in your registration fee. Tickets are $50. Tickets can be purchased for you and your friends, family and colleagues.

Conference Dinner: Historic Dunedin
Sunday 3 October 2010

Meet at the historic Dunedin railway station at 6.30pm for pre-dinner drinks and wander through the architectural centre of Dunedin, then on to the Octagon for a wee dram by the Robbie Burns statue, followed by dinner and entertainment at the Savoy Restaurant.

The dinner is NOT included in your registration fee. Tickets are $65. Tickets can be purchased for you and your friends, family and colleagues. The conference dinner includes pre-dinner drinks, a buffet meal and entertainment and a limited bar tab. A cash bar will also be available.

Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy
Should you decide to withrdraw from the conference after payment has been received, a full refund will be given, subject to a $100 administration fee, providing written notification is received prior to Friday 3 September 2010. After this date refunds will be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted but the conference organisers should be notified to the conference organisers (Paardekooper and Associates). This can be done by amending your online registration record or by email
