Poster Guidelines

Poster board dimensions: 2.3 metres high x 1.2 metres wide (portrait orientation) these are provided by Exhibition Hire Services
Recommended poster Size: A0, A1 or A2 or similar to fit comfortably within the display area

Posters should be printed on a lightweight paper or fabric
You will need to bring your own Velcro dots or strips to mount your poster
▸ Only the hook side (the rough side) of Velcro will adhere to the board
▸ Pins, tape, or other adhesives are not permitted

Posters should include the title, author(s), organisation(s), and any relevant logos.
Please ensure all text is legible from a distance of at least 1.5 metres.
We recommend using a clean, professional layout with high-contrast colours and visuals to enhance readability.

There will be a dedicated poster session, the date and timing of this is still to be confirmed by the programme committee
At least one author should be present if possible during the dedicated break times to discuss the work with attendees.
Posters must remain on display for the duration of the conference and removed during the scheduled pack-down time at the end of the last day.
Poster will be displayed in the exhibition and catering area of the conference

Please bring your printed poster with you to the venue—onsite printing is not available.
